Davina brings a wealth of expertise to the table, having played a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional proposal team at Textron Systems for the Navy's prestigious $1 billion Ship to Shore Connector (S.S.C.) program. This program represents the future of the Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC), offering advanced solutions for transporting personnel and materials across diverse terrains.

With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in finance and operations, Davina has honed her analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, consistently delivering high-quality results and recommendations to top-tier executive leadership and stakeholders.

Before taking on the monumental challenge of Textron's largest proposal, Davina made significant contributions by spearheading the creation of the Earned Value Management System for the S.S.C. program's $300 million manufacturing baseline. Her innovative methods for measuring touch labor progress, scope, and costs included the development of templates for forecasting a "System Generated EAC." These tools have been invaluable in estimating future costs across multiple contracts.

Davina's expertise also extends to data visualization, where she has created diverse tools to segment information across multiple verticals. These tools empower leadership with insights to make informed decisions about the business.

Davina is dedicated to helping clients define, articulate, and prioritize their business goals. She crafts customized plans that serve as roadmaps to success. Alongside her team, she maintains a continuous monitoring system to track each client's progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure their success.

Davina's educational background includes graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Financial Analysis. She furthered her education while working full-time at Textron Systems by earning an MBA from Loyola University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Davina and her husband, William, have made their home in Lakeview, New Orleans, where they share their lives with two cherished dogs—Jack and Bauer. They wholeheartedly embrace the vibrant culture of the Crescent City, reveling in local festivals, culinary delights, and the excitement of Saints Sundays at the Superdome. Their passion for exploration extends overseas, with recent travels taking them to Switzerland, Spain, France, and Italy.
